MÓNG RỒNG or “DRAGON FLOWERS” is made from very rare tea buds from Chiêu Lầu Thi, one of the highest mountains in Hà Giang province in the far north of Vietnam (about 2400 meters above sea level).
This bud is harvested from hundred-year-old tea trees, some over 300 years old.
The name “Móng Rồng” means “Dragon Flowers” in Vietnamese. It is called that way because of its shape.
This is a very subtle white tea that is both floral and fruity. Its very rich aromas are reminiscent of rose, apricot, passion fruit and ripe fruit.
