Introduction
This black tea with powerful aromas, cocoa or chocolate, from centuries-old wild tea trees in the Hà Giang region in northern Vietnam is a tea from a spring harvest (First Flush).
In Vietnam, this grand cru is called “Hoàng Su Phì Đen 1 Tôm 2 Lá” which means “Hoàng Su Phì with a bud and two leaves”.
The warmth of this gourmet grand cru with caramelized notes will go perfectly with dark chocolates and cocoa beans (for purists) during an unforgettable gourmet and energizing break.
This rare tea bears the name of his native mountain “Hoàng Su Phì” located just below the Chinese border. Still unknown in Europe, this unique tea comes in the form of very beautiful dark elongated leaves.
Its sublime dark infusion will surprise you and take you on a journey with its very pronounced aromas.
